At Yoga Wellness, every group class incorporates therapeutic practices from a variety of different yoga traditions to provide body mind balance, challenge and range of intensity levels for participants. A Yoga Wellness class is designed to be challenging yet safe, minimizing risk to the body. Adaptations are made during classes to accommodate the needs of each individual student.
To incorporate all aspects from the vast teachings of yoga, every session includes a study that may include pranayama (breath practice), visualization, relaxation, mantras, chakras, meditation, sound therapy and educational material.
A gentle, healing approach to yoga. Ideal for students new to yoga, or those managing health issues, a therapeutic class focuses on pain relief and muscle patterning and enhances flexibility, strength and balance. Is this for me?
The only yoga program in Edmonton recommended by Alberta Health Services Weight Wise Program, a customized practice for the overweight or obese student in a safe, non-competitive environment with like-bodied classmates. Is this for me?

Group classes are offered throughout the year at the Yoga Wellness studio. Classes are 1.5 hours long.
Fees are based on $14 per class, plus GST and $16 for drop-in.
Discounts: Students registered in two or more classes per week receive a 10% discount
