At Yoga Wellness, the practice of yoga is adapted to the requirements of the student. Founder Edie Cassady's  therapeutic approach focuses on a number of yoga styles, empowering each person at any level to improve their health and well-being. Edie draws from many years of professional training and teaching experience in a variety of yoga traditions.
